Comaneci also participates with a range of charitable organizations serving on the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation Board of Directors. She has also continued to help dozens charitable organizations across Romania as well as the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital.
